The Story of Goodworks
GoodWorks is a communications consulting and public relations agency founded in 2015. We provide communications consulting services to corporate companies in many sectors, including healthcare, finance, retail, and technology.
With our 25 employees, we manage the public relations and communication activities of more than 20 customers in relation to their target audiences and support their marketing activities. While carrying out these activities, we observe nature, living beings and the sustainability of life within the framework of ethical principles.

What were the difficulties and problems you encountered in your work?
Communications consulting services are difficult to measure. Considering that we provide this service primarily to for-profit organizations, explaining the true value of the services we provide to these companies can be a challenging task. The inability to measure the time spent on a service entirely based on individual labor hours made it difficult to obtain accurate financial compensation from the institutions we serve.
We realized we were struggling with managing our expenses and measuring our company's efficiency and sustainability, so we began searching for a solution that would improve all of these operational processes. We discovered that Symphony easily met all of these needs.

How has the Senfoni contributed to you?
With Senfoni's user-friendly timesheet module, all our employees log their daily work time. By accurately entering their time, we can identify customers who are causing us losses and intervene quickly.
We can easily analyze the profitability of each of our clients with just a click of a button. This way, we maintain our profitability by transparently presenting this data during our evaluations with our clients, both throughout the year and during contract periods.
With the budget and expense modules, we can enter our annual income and expense expectations into Senfoni and track our expense and income items in real time.
Being able to clearly see how much effort was spent on each client project, easily track our project-based income and expenses, and clarify our profit and loss statement has visibly increased the efficiency of our agency.
