What were the difficulties and problems you encountered in your work?

Changing and transforming needs and business models in the international business world, our growing team and expanding service scope have brought about the need for improvement and development in our business processes.

The lack of end-to-end tracking of the services we provide, especially on our long-term international projects, was slowing down our processes. We realized the need to streamline these processes, make them transparent, traceable, and minimize the margin of error.
