Headquartered in Ankara, Güncel Group employs over 50 people and also operates from offices in Istanbul and Gaziantep.

What were the difficulties and problems you encountered in your work?
The increase in our company's clientele and staff, coupled with our rapid growth in recent years, has made tracking some data manually challenging. Furthermore, accurately determining project costs and profitability, and meeting company budget targets, has become a necessity rather than a necessity.
Building institutional memory required us to create sufficient data and infrastructure for future investments and job creation. Without project-based timelines and expense tracking, we couldn't accurately budget and set targeted goals.
This upward momentum of our company required us to move from manual and person-based tracking to a format that is more geared towards creating corporate memory and allowing us to access the project data we want with a single click.
